Field Team
Responsibilities

Conduct fan marches, Viking claps, and other engagement activities on match days.

Organize pyro/flares shows safely.

Monitor and manage Highlander Brigade assets (banners, tifos, flags,drums, etc.).

Handle fans’ management at stadium stands.
-
Plan and conduct match screenings & tournaments.
-
Lead chant creation and drills to enhance match-day atmosphere.
Banner Team
Responsibilities
-
Idea/design generating for tifo, banners, mosaic and flags
-
Planning the banner making sessions.
-
Creating the tifos/banners on field with the help of Field team.
-
Planning the execution of tifo display, Mosaic choreography on match day
-
Assisting Field team in tifo/banner/mosaic execution on match day.
Social Media Team
Responsibilities
-
Maintain and operate social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube).
-
Operate and monitor WhatsApp groups for communication.
-
Manage members’ registration process.
-
Handle website operations and updates.
-
Generate creative content, graphics, designs, and artwork for promotions
Merchandise Team
Responsibilities
-
Design, market, and deliver HB merchandise (T-shirts, hoodies, scarves, etc.).

Handle merchandise orders and logistics.
-
Operate and manage the HB Merchandise Instagram handle for sales and promotions.
Finance Team
Responsibilities
-
Collect monthly contributions from members.
-
Maintain accurate financial records and transactions.
-
Prepare financial reports for transparency.
-
Manage all monetary aspects, including event expenses, savings, and investments.
